For example, on the site under “Education” is “The Human Genome Project: Exploring our Molecular Selves,” a free, multimedia educational kit for high school students and the interested public. The kit includes a CD-ROM with seven varied segments. A video documentary called “The Secret of Our Lives,” and an informational brochure, “Genetics : The Future of Medicine” are also included.
