I live in Panama City Beach over off Thomas Drive, that guy before me is nuts. There is almost no crime here other than spring break and that is going to happen anytime you have a quarter of a million kids in any town. PCB is gorgeous, friendly and tons of things to do. You can rent scooters on almost every block of front beach road and the prices are all very similar. It is the far and away the best place in Florida in my opinion. You will have a blast. Be careful though man….People drink and get on those scooters and get hit all the time.
