There is a chain in Vancouver called Bang-on T-Shirts. I know of two locations, one is in Metropolis at Metrotown and the other is on Robson (near the Vancouver Art Gallery). According to their website (see URL) they have two other locations (Richmond Centre Mall and Guildford Centre). I asked at the place in Metrotown and they said for a fully custom graphic it will cost $35 ($20 for the shirt plus $15 for the printing). Other pricing options: $20 (shirt) + $10 for one of the designs they provide $20 (shirt) + $1/letter for custom text In my experience many of these places will allow you to bring in your own shirt (to save the $20), but they will usually have strict requirements for the material in the shirt. However, I did not specifically ask Bang-on about their policy regarding this.
