Victoria (east coast of Australia) Melbourne is the capital city of Victoria and been voted to be world’s most livable city in the world followed by Vancouver in Canada. The state of Victoria is famous for one of the best in the world’s surf beach called Torquay. Massive wave. It’s great during summer but expect some warmer wetsuit during winter but the waves are always amazing. If you stay in the area of Torquay, you can do many things as it’s a long coastal which covers many town (you might wanna stay in town other than Torquay like Airlie Beach, Bells Beach etc).
