My best advice to you there is to join one of the Yahoo mailings lists for Hugh and post a question to the other Hugh fans there. There’s no guarantee that you’ll have any luck, but it’ll probably be easier on your wallet than your other option, which is to get the stuff on eBay. Most people who provide copies on the Yahoo lists aren’t trying to make a profit off of your Hugh addiction- they’d probably love to share Hugh’s work with you for the mere cost of the blank videotape and postage. Keep in mind however, that it is generally “frowned upon” to ask for those kind of copies of Hugh’s American movies (if you are in the USA), because those are widely available, and we all like to support Hugh’s efforts when we have the means to do so. His pre-Xmen work is just more difficult for the majority of us to access, so that’s why we have to resort to copies. So, try heading over to groups.yahoo.com and do a search for Hugh Jackman.
