The MassDEP Adjudicatory Proceeding Rules, 310 CMR 1.01, can be viewed and downloaded from this Website. A paper copy of the Rules can be purchased at the Secretary of State’s Bookstore at the State House on Beacon Hill in Boston. The bookstore’s telephone number is (617) 727-2834. The Rules are part of the Code of Massachusetts Regulations (CMR). Some public libraries have complete sets of the CMR.
