Where can I get the full details on CrossLoop’s security?
Security is a high priority for us so here are all the details of the security measures we take. Glossary Access Code This is a 12 digit code that CrossLoop randomly generates on the “Share” tab every time the application is started. “Access” Tab Click on the “Access” tab on the CrossLoop software application when you want to take control or view your contact’s PC remotely. (Your contact will “Share” their desktop.) Comments These are general comments that each contact may enter after the session to provide you with feedback and/or describe the help they received. These are viewable by anyone who sees your public profile. CrossLoop Account A CrossLoop Account is a free benefit for any user. This enables you to view and track your session history. With an account, you can create a detailed profile to build and promote your technical skills and credentials online. If you have a CrossLoop account and login to the client before each CrossLoop session, your profile will be dynamically updat
