The Council developed a Five-Year Plan for Federal Fiscal Years 2007-2011. The Council chose to address the following areas of emphasis: Employment, Education and Early Intervention, Housing, Health, Child Care, Recreation, Quality Assurance and Formal & Informal Community Supports.
