First, congratulations on starting your own company. I started a company in 2005, and I know how important it is to have all the paperwork in place. The best source of information that I’ve found has been www.nolo.com and their books and products. I bought a book (see below) that came with a cd with several template contracts on it. You may be able to go to their website and download template contracts from there. The most important provisions I have found for contracts are the following: • Non-compete clause, you don’t want employees to steal your business/clients • Benefits and wage, outline these specifically in the contract I hope this helps!
