Where can i get sailor moon manga books besides ebay?
Amazon. It’s where I get most of my manga and they have pretty much every book in print. If they don’t have copies then it’s probably out of print and you will have to go the ebay route. Though you can try both the US and UK sites. Watch out for the delivery costs if you are having it shipped from the US site, assuming you are in the UK, and probably vice versa. You can try your local comic store but thinking about it I haven’t seen them in mine, so you will probably find they aren’t available in yours either.
