Please contact your local specialist dealer or an ACR dealer near you. When I remove the SD card with the navigation software from the device, it doesnt recognise the new SD card with audio and/or video data. A: While using the navigation function, the device constantly communicates with the navigation software on the SD card. When switching from the SD card with navigation software to another SD card, you must turn off the device first so that the navigation can be properly shut down. You may only remove the SD card and insert a new one after you have switched off the device.
