To have the optical adaptor fitted with your prescription lenses, take the blank optical adaptor and your eyeglass prescription to a qualified, licensed dispensing optician. Please make sure your prescription is less than one year old. Note to Opticians: The lens size required to fit this optical adaptor has an effective diameter of 48mm. The final lens size is 43mm wide by 33mm top to bottom at the widest points (see diagram). The blank lenses in this optical adaptor should be removed and used as templates for the prescription lenses to be fitted into this optical adaptor frame.
