Where can I get photo film developed in UK and how much does it cost?
I would recommend Jessops, or another professional photographic laboratory. I can well understand your preference for using film as it is still the best means of achieving highest definition, and can be processed quite readily at home. I would do the same, as I have a very nice set of lenses which are incompatible with same make digital cameras. For many years I used a commercial firm in the UK to handle my film processing, as they provided an excellent service and were actually quite cheap, but their quality of photographic printing started to drop off quite badly, and I made comparisons with the more expensive Jessops, on a number of sample prints, and found they were much better. I believe from my investigations, that some/many film processing labs had made a partial shift to digital techniques, and whilst they were (naturally) doing the chemistry to develop good definition film negatives, they then STOPPED making the traditional optical image onto photographic paper, and went over t
