Select a Support Package via the PATCHES alias in the Service Marketplace.Click on the Package tab. You can use the four function buttons that now appear to perform the following tasks: o DOWNLOAD starts loading this Support Package to the local hard disk o SAP NOTES shows all notes contained in this Support Package o PACKAGE INFO displays the attributes belonging to each Support Package.
