where can i get more information on internet about romeo and juliet 1968?
Romeo and Juliet (1968) is a movie adaptation of the William Shakespeare play Romeo and Juliet. The film was directed by Franco Zeffirelli, and stars Leonard Whiting and Olivia Hussey. It won Academy Awards for Best Cinematography and Best Costume Design; it was also nominated for Best Director and Best Picture. Sir Laurence Olivier spoke the film’s prologue and epilogue and reportedly dubbed the voice of the Italian actor playing Lord Montague, but was never credited in the film. While based on the original play, numerous small details were changed in the film’s storyline. However, this is also true of virtually every Shakespeare film made by a famous director, including Laurence Olivier’s versions of Henry V, Hamlet and Richard III, of the 1999 version of A Midsummer Night’s Dream, of the widely criticized Orson Welles Macbeth, and especially of Baz Luhrmann’s Romeo + Juliet and the Ethan Hawke Hamlet.
