ITS provides basic IMAP/POP settings and the UVa Help Desk may be able to provide support for some more basic and UVa-specific questions, but Google and Microsoft’s own websites will likely have more information for you. Search for an answer to your question in the excellent online Help provided by Google Mail Support or Microsoft Windows Live Support. Chances are, you can find an answer to your questions there.
