Where can I get Macross 7 to watch?
Unfortunately the only real answer is “I don’t know”… unless you give me more details! Macross 7 and its spin-off series are only available on VC (video cassette) and LD (laser disc) in Japan. Macross 7 TV has been re-released in 1999 as an LD box-set “Box Fire!!” so it should be no problem to get hold of the originals if you go through one of the stores you can find in the links in question #1 above. There may be VCD and DVD releases as well, but I don’t use those formats myself so I know little about them. I think any VCD’s of Macross 7 available are “unofficial” (ie: pirate!). If you are after English fan-subtitles, then look for subbers who distribute Macross 7. There are a number of them, but I only know fansubbers in the UK myself (which are all private), so I cannot give any advice on any of the American fansubbers!
