Where can I get Jerusalem Artichokes?

0

Our supermarkets sell them in the produce department. They aren’t artichokes and don’t look like them. They are tubers and look more like potatoes or ginger root, depending on the shape. There are pictures of them at the link below so you’ll recognize them in the store. They might be called sunroots or sunchokes or topinamburs, instead of Jerusalem artichokes at your store.
