Where can I get information on designing a standing seam roof?
The Metal Building Manufacturers Association published the Metal Roofing Systems Design Manual in 2000 – a one-of-a-kind design and detail manual for architects, manufacturers, engineers, specifiers, builders and others involved in the metal roofing industry. For over two years, a team of MBMA roofing systems members and association staff has worked to develop the manual. It includes: systems components, details, substrates, specifications and standards, retrofit, common industry practices, design, installation, energy and fire protection.
