Back to top Fees/Tuition/Financial Assistance Is there a fee for applying to the MSS program and can that fee be waived? • There is a non-refundable fee for applying to the Faculty of Graduate Studies. Currently the fees are $150 CDN for International students and $90 CDN for Canadian, Landed Immigrants and Permanent Residents. The fees must be received before an application is considered.
