You may call 1-800-622-3231 or visit the PCAT Testing Web site. PCAT exam dates for 2009-2010 are June 20, 2009; August 22, 2009; October 17, 2009; and January 23, 2010. Please use the SIUE recipient code 903 to have your scores sent to us. Students interested in applying to the SIUE School of Pharmacy for Fall 2010 must take the PCAT no later than October 2009.

If you plan to apply to the SIUE School of Pharmacy for fall 2011 then you must take the PCAT no later than October 2010. Send PCAT score to PharmCAS. Do not send scores to SIUE.
