Where can I get information about recreation classes offered by San Carlos?
The San Carlos Parks and Recreation Department publishes an Activity Guide in the winter, spring/summer, and fall. A copy of the guide is mailed to all San Carlos residents. Current copies are also available at the Parks and Recreation main office at Burton Park, the Youth Center, Laureola Community Center, the Senior Center, City Hall, and the San Carlos Library. You may also view and print the Activity Guide from http://www.cityofsancarlos.org. In addition to a preschool program and after-school sports activities, there are classes in tennis, dance, crafts, cooking, fitness, sports, health, and special interest classes for every age group from tots to seniors.
