Ofcourse u can have beautiful flowers even on a tight budget! Buy the flowers at either a flower shop or go to a regular store and buy a bunch of different flowers and mix them up however you like or go to a wholesale.Candle centerpeices can be be bought in a dollar store, thats what i did and it looks real nice. Just buy the glass to put the candle inside of,they sell it for like $1 each and they look nice depending on where u go, noone will ever know the difference. And if your creative then you can use ribbons that go with your color scheme and put them around the vase you use to put the candle in.
