Bell Mobility technical support, at 1-877-DATA-123; they will help troubleshoot, and if the issue has not been resolved then they will give you a ticket number to have the device replaced. If it needs replacing then you will need to fill out an RTIS repair request form, and email it to BccCorp@baka.ca or call 1-800-268-1711, option 1.
