We currently do not offer any university housing at the Jacksonville campus. Likewise, there is virtually no student housing available within walking distance to the UF/Shands Medical Center. The average commute to our campus is 15-20 minutes, depending on the time of day and where one lives. Jacksonville (Duval County) is one of the largest (some claim the largest!) cities in the U.S. land-wise, thus it offers a great variety of housing options. Our students live all over Jacksonville, depending on budget, traffic tolerance, and lifestyle preference. There are several resources you can use. If you are interested in sharing housing with fellow students, check out the Jacksonville campus website at www.thecollegeofpharmacy.com/jax and go to “Student Information” and then select “Housing Forum”.
