Where can i get creatine?
I would personally go to GNC. They sell their own brand of Creatine which is affordable and more importantly tasteless. One thing a person should never have to experience is taking a creatine that tastes like chalk or worse. As for dosage, there are two things you need to keep in mind. First of all don’t take too much at one time (keep it to one tablespoon per day). The second thing is too not take it for too long. Your body naturally produces creatine, and unless you’re a vegitarian you actually get creatine in the foods that you eat (steak for instance). So you don’t want to take too much daily because you can risk getting stomach cramps (if you get cramps stop using for a few days). Also you don’t want to use it for more than 2 months at a time because your body will get used to it and slow its natural production of creatine. Therefore I suggest taking creatine in cycles. Try 2 months on and 1 month off. That way your body is kept guessing, which results in your production of natura
