Go to Legislative Hub, click on Legislative Files and do a search, or if the item is on a recent agenda, click on Meetings and Events and find the agenda date. Adopted Legislative files have been available since October 2003 until present. Remember, the City Commission meets twice a month, the first meeting is the Regular meeting and the second is the Planning and Zoning meeting. Also, Planning and Zoning items are usually on Part B of the agenda.
