BIGF can provide these either alone or together with a RINEX data order, alternatively they can be downloaded by anonymous ftp from the IGS, user name = anonymous; password = your email address. The complete ftp address to get a single file follows this structure: ftp://igs.ensg.ign.fr/pub/igs/data/yyyy/ddd/brdcddd0.yyn.Z, a file can also be downloaded from the US Crustal Dynamics Data Information System (CDDIS), by navigating to ftp://cddis.gsfc.nasa.gov/gps/data/daily/ then to yyyy, then ddd, then yyn for the brdcddd0.yyn.Z file again.
