The Mountwest Community and Technical College Advising Center does not have these applications. Student must contact: • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Pick up applications at Cabell Hall Room 204. • Radiologic Technology for Collins Career Center: Call 740-867-6641 ext. 400.
