Applications are available from our office, or on-line at: www.lanecounty.org/Sheriff_PoliceServices_Support/documents/CHLAppFillInForm.pdf Complete the application on-line and print it out OR print the application and complete it by hand. Applications are not accepted on-line. You must bring the application, in person, to our office.
