Where can I get a replacment belt?
If you can’t get a replacement belt from your dealer, you can usually get it from an industrial supplier. General suppliers like McMaster-Carr carry many sizes, as do many local suppliers (look under “power transmission”). Belts are sized by the rib size (denoted by a letter, with “J” being the most common, the belt length (it could be marked in inches or millimeters), and the width (number of ribs). The length and rib size letter will be marked on the belt, but the width won’t, since they’re slit to width after manufacturing. As an example, a paramotor shipped with a belt marked “559J” and has 10 ribs. It’s clearly not 55 inches long, so it’s metric (559 mm). The direct replacement would be a 559J10, or the U.S. equivalent 220J10 (22″ long).
