Where can I get a policies and procedure manual for property management?

Answer Hi Russ: There are several sources for Policies and Procedyres manuals; obviously you’ll need to replace alot of the “boiler plate” language with specifics related to the properties you are managing. Try these sites: www.rkresourcecompany.com www.realtor.org/rodesign.nsf/pages/PropMgmtHome www.irem.org – look in the “Bookstore” www.naahq.org www.nahb.org www.mrlandlord.com www.narpm.org The sites listed above, especially the Realtor and IREM sites will also be a good place to start researching software. I really can’t make any recommendations because of all the variables involved, especially the size of the property (number of units) and how much data you want/need. Hope this helps.
