The marriage license can be purchased at the County Clerk’s Office for $35.50. The office is located on the second floor of the courthouse or call (270) 864-3726. Tim Hicks, Cumberland County Judge Executive and the Cumberland County Magistrates can perform marriages. Please contact the Judge Executive’s Office for an appointment at (270) 864-3444.
