Where can I get a map of railroads in New York State?
The New York State Department of Transportation has published a map of railroads in New York State. Last produced in 1998, this one-sheet state map shows the operating freight and intercity passenger rail lines. It also shows the companies that operate, own or have trackage rights along these lines. Other features include freight stations, connections between lines, junctions, connections to out-of-state lines, five separate insets of congested areas, county names, county boundaries and major cities. Commuter rail service is not shown.
