Where can I get a list of the clinics and hospitals within each HPSA?

The Division of Health Statistics releases an annual directory of Pennsylvania Hospitals that gives the names, address, and some basic information about every hospital in the state, including a cross reference by county. This directory is on the Department’s web site under Health Planning and Assessment: Health Statistics.
