Where can I get a list of SD CARES approved Professional Development hours that I can take for a stipend payment?
The YMCA Childcare Resource Service has a monthly CATS Community Calendar with a listing of SD CARES approved workshops that may be used to meet the new program requirements. You can view the calendar by visiting our website www.ymcacrs.org. You may also apply for a subscription to receive a bi-monthly printed version of the CATS calendar. Please note that trainings listed as “FCC Only” are for Family Childcare Providers only. Employees in a center based childcare program will not receive CARES Professional Development hours for these trainings.
