To find the books needed, you can go to the bookstore. Click on ‘Select Your Term,’ then ‘select your division,’ and choose Poly. Hopefully, you should get the required information. IMMUNIZATION RECORDS An immunization booklet and form will be sent to you upon receipt of your tuition deposit, please be sure to have your physician or health care provider administer the appropriate vaccinations. Once completed, return the enclosed Immunization Record to the Office of Residential Life at Polytechnic Institute of NYU. To expedite your registration you should complete this process well in advance of your arrival at Polytechnic. In accordance with the New York State law, all entering students must show proof of immunity against measles, mumps and rubella.
