Where can I get a good but cheap halloween costume?
You could make you own. It doesn’t have to be anything complicated or expensive. I am not really good at crafts, but for a college Halloween party I went to, I went as a head on a platter on a table. I took a cardboard box big enough to cover my shoulders and covered it with one of those cheap plastic tablecloths from the Dollar Store. I stapled that in place and then cut a hole big enough for my head in the middle. I then took a paper plate and covered it with aluminum foil (so it would look like a silver platter) and tore up some green construction paper into large pieces and glued that to the plate (like a bed of greens) and cut a hole in that so it would fit around my neck like a collar (make sure that the plate is big enough to cover the head hole you cut out). Then all you need to do is get some cheap face paints and paint your face an ashy grey (like you’re dead) and paint some red around your neck (to show it has been severed).
