Where can I get a copy of the security bulletin catalog?

0

The catalog can be manually downloaded through your web browser from ftp://ftp.itrc.hp.com/export/patches/security_catalog2, or from the https site. (Note: Internet Explorer may not interpret the file name correctly since it does not contain an extension.) If you cannot download the catalog through your browser, you may also use anonymous ftp from the command line to download it from ftp.itrc.hp.com. The catalog is located in /export/patches/security_catalog2. You can also run security_patch_check using the -r option to automatically download the catalog. If you use the -r option and you are located behind a firewall, remember to set the ftp_proxy or https_proxy environment variable to tell the tool how to perform transfers from behind the firewall. See answer 1 in the Firewall section for instructions on how to set the ftp_proxy environment variable.
