If you are the owner of the property or their agent,you can email us at planning.application@rochford .gov.uk or write to the Rochford District Council, Planning department, Council Offices, South Street, Rochford, SS4 1BW, allowing 5 working days for a reply. We charge a nominal copying fee for this service depending on the number of copies and size of plans as follows; A4 10p, A3 20p, A1 – £1.70, AO – £3.00.
