Where can I get a copy of an accident report or a crime report?
Accident reports are generally available 5 days after the accident. You may pick up a copy of any report at no charge by going to the Sheriff’s Office at 1400 State Route 9 in Queensbury. Go to the window in the lobby labeled Central Records. You may also get an accident reports emailed to you by calling 743-2500 and selecting the option for Central Records. We do not fax reports to long distance telephone numbers and we do not email crime reports.
