Where can I get a copy of a Poulsbo Police Report?

0

The Poulsbo Police Department provides copies of police reports and traffic accidents that occurred within the City of Poulsbo and that the Department has investigated. Copies of traffic reports are provided if your name appears on the report (driver, witness, owner, passenger); or upon verification that you are the registered legal owner of the vehicle or vehicles involved. The cost for a copy of the State Accident Report is $5.00. Copies of incident reports are considered for release upon completion of a Public Disclosure Request form. This includes victims, suspects and witnesses. A response to the request will be provided within five (5) business days. If the request is denied, the appropriate Revised Code of Washington (RCW) section will be cited. If the request is granted, the report must be picked up in person and you must show valid photo ID. The cost for the report is $5.00 for the first page, and $0.25 for each additional page. Washington State Law and Poulsbo Police Departme
