I’ve programmed PCs for years, and I want to write a small program for Windows Mobile, and need some help getting started. It’s a Homescreen (NOT “Today Screen”) Plugin, and it’s straightforward, but having take one C# class years ago, and it not focused on WinMo, I feel like I’m floundering. Yes, I have an old version of Visual Studio, but it does support Mobile development. Free resources are always preferred. Mentoring/personal help via email or in the Austin/Round Rock, TX area is great. I don’t want to pay someone to do it for me, and while I think this may be a useful program, I don’t plan on selling it, but making it publicly available, so it’s not a profit-builder. With help, this might even get built in an hour. It’s really simple, I just need help getting pointed in the right direction.
