Solution The simulation library files exist on the MAX+PLUS II CD and can be installed during the installation of the MAX+PLUS II software. To install the simlib directory please take the following steps: • Reinstall the MAX+PLUS II software • When asked if you want to install ThirdParty Interface Files, select Yes. • Select the desired tools from the list of tools. • After installation you will find a simlib directory and a directory for your selected tool vendor which contains the libraries necessary to perform a simulation. These steps can also be found in the MAX+PLUS II Getting Started manual, in Section 1 about MAX+PLUS II installation (Page 24) on the MAX+PLUS II Literature page.
