Where can I find the serial port adaptor I need to connect the light controller(s) to my computer?
You can use a standard 9-pin serial cable to go from a computer to a LC unit without needing an adapter. However, if you’d like to use cat5/network cable then you would need one RJ45-to-DB9 female for the computer side and one RJ45-to-DB9 male adpater for the LC side. If you would like to connect more than one LC unit to the computer in this manner simply use a RJ45 splitter in the line to provide more connections.
