The rules are also posted on the Judicial Panel for Multidistrict Litigation website (http://www.jpml.uscourts.gov/Rules___Procedures ) The rules are revised periodically and are also published in the Federal Rules Decisions reporter published by West Publishing. To be certain the rules being reviewed are current, the Federal Rules Decision publication should be consulted.
