Where can I find the point system for weight watchers?

Weight Watchers points are are based on 3 factors, calories, total fat, and dietary fiber. Each 50 calories is about a point. This is not exact, but lets say if it has more than 3 points, then you can take off a point, and if it has more than 10 grams of fat, add a point. Things like Progresso Soups, Smart Ones Frozen Meals, and things on the applebees menu sometimes have point values listed. Carrots are 0 points, and apples and cucumbers are 1 point. My advice would be if you can’t get your hands on a points counter, then just whatever you eat, only eat 1 serving.
