First make hidden files and folders visible. • Open My Computer from the desktop or Windows Start menu. • Go to Tools > Folder Options. • Select View. • Ensure Show hidden files and folders is selected under Hidden files and folders. Navigate to the following folder to find the Nokia Ovi Player log files: C:\Documents and Settings\\Local Settings\Application Data\Nokia\Nokia Ovi Player\ The Log files named in date format (YYYYMMDD) of the day they have logged. e.g. the log for the 21st August 2008 would be 20080821.log.
