First make hidden files and folders visible: • Go to Start > Computer. • Go to Organize > Folder and Search Options. • Selet View. • Ensure Show hidden files and folders is selected under Hidden files and folders. Navigate to the following folder to find the Nokia Ovi Player log files: C:\users\\AppData\Local\Nokia\Nokia Ovi Player\ The Log files named in date format (YYYYMMDD) of the day they have logged. e.g. the log for the 21st August 2008 would be 20080821.log.
