Where can I find the most authentic Philly cheesesteak in Los Angeles (and other cities)?
I’m from Philly and get nostalgic for the deliciously unhealthy taste of a good cheesesteak. I’ve had a few in LA but most fall well short of being authentic. The closest I’ve come so far is South Street in Westwood, although the second time I ate there it wasn’t nearly as spot-on as the first one was. I’m wondering what everyone else thinks is the best place in Los Angeles or whatever non-Philly area town you’re from!
